What information should I have for a first mortgage conversation?
Bring your goal, estimated timeline, target location or property, current housing situation, income type, and the questions you want answered. Kelly will explain which documents matter next and direct sensitive information to the secure application.
Can a Realtor send Kelly a loan scenario?
Yes. Realtors can email the high-level scenario and the question that needs an answer. Do not include Social Security numbers, account statements, tax returns, or other sensitive borrower documents in ordinary email.
Does a strategy call mean I am applying for a mortgage?
No. A strategy call is an educational conversation, not a loan application, approval, or commitment to lend. When a complete loan review is appropriate, Kelly will direct you to First Coast Mortgage Funding’s secure application.
